The two gastronomic co-operations Taste the Lake and Kulinarium Attersee have each brought together a handful of businesses that utilise their synergies to offer visitors a real treat for the palate.


With TASTE THE LAKE, the catering industry is focusing on a cool image change and a new marketing cooperation. The driving forces are renowned restaurants such as the Bachtaverne in Weyregg and Kiener in St. Georgen im Attergau.

They are joined by attractive cafés and bars, Tripadvisor favourites and fresh gastronomic concepts. "Together, we are creating a competitive edge over other tourism regions," says ARGE chairman Mario Kalleitner.
