Our restaurant "DAS BRÄU" looks back on a long history At the beginning of the 19th century beer was brewed here. In 1877, an innovation from France was adopted: For the first time, guests were offered a menu - a speciality at the time. You can marvel at this rare antique in the restaurant today
But now to the enjoyable present: the restaurant has been awarded three forks by Falstaff since 2018 and has been listed with two toques in Gault-Millau since 2019. Our recipe? The best ingredients, traditional recipes and a dash of modernity. Our head chef Sebastian Rumpf and his team always inspire you with new creations.
