Special breads and long doughs that taste aromatic, juicy and keep fresh for a long time.
From wheat sourdough to spelled bread, baguette and ciabatta, rye bread, Vinschgerl, flutes to cinnamon buns, Buchteln and braid is all there. All with minimal yeast addition, sourdoughs and precursors.
We bake in the electric stove and wood oven.
