3 days that will change your bread life!

Speciality breads and long-leavened doughs that taste aromatic, moist and stay fresh for a long time.
From wheat sourdough to spelt breads, baguettes and ciabatta, rye breads, Vinschgerl, flutes to cinnamon buns, Buchteln and plaited bread, everything is included. All with minimal yeast, sourdough and starters.
They bake in the electric cooker and wood-fired oven.

Course schedule - 3-DAY INTENSIVE COURSE

Start at 1.00 pm. We bake 6-7 types of fresh bread on the first day then we immediately prepare the sourdoughs and starter doughs for the next day. We have a snack with the fresh bread. This lasts until around 8 pm. 

Baking then takes place from 9.00 am to around 3.30 pm and in the evening from 6.00 pm to around 8.00 pm.
 
We bake rye sourdough bread, with wheat sourdough, baguettes, speciality breads, spelt bread, wholemeal bread as well as pastries and various sweet delicacies. Pre-doughs, sourdoughs, scalded dough, cooked dough,....

On the second evening, we make pizza

  • How to stretch it
  • What to look out for...

Bring along

- Containers for the loaves to take away
- 2 screw-top jars for the dough
- Preferably something homemade or regional - typical of your region, for our snack in the evening. 
- In summer, don't forget your bikini or swimming trunks!
