... three women who share an appreciation for fairly produced, regional products and their conscious consumption in everyday life.
Michaela is a ceramist and runs the Dorfsalon - Idee trifft Raum in Lenzing, where Kristina has opened her small organic village café. Sabine, with her Nordic background, has a keen sense of design and plenty of experience in the bakery sector.
Together we have set up this online shop for high-quality produce from the Salzkammergut and Hausruck region. With our project, we want to promote small-scale organic farming and passionate makers in our living space.
hej local mind is a project close to our hearts and a fulfilling life's work. We are very grateful that we are able to build a sustainable company based on our values.
