Österreichisches Rotes Kreuz, Dienststelle Frankenmarkt

Since its foundation in 1980, the Frankenmarkt branch of the Red Cross has been at the service of others around the clock with a current workforce of almost 220 employees in a wide variety of sectors and service areas.

The catchment area of the Frankenmarkt local centre consists of the municipalities of Frankenmarkt, Fornach, Pöndorf, Pfaffing, Vöcklamarkt and Weißenkirchen i.A.. This means that we provide medical care for around 15,000 residents in and around Frankenmarkt.

In addition to the rescue service, the Frankenmarkt local centre also offers the Red Cross Youth Service, the Disaster Relief Service and the Health and Social Service. This enables us to offer a wide range of activities for our volunteers.
