Every human is unique and carries the Forces within itself for ist individual growth and solvation. Assumin my own responsibility is for me to understand People as mind-body-soul-unity and to involve all Levels in the work for personal development and maturation. And as we deliberately percive our own creative power and unfold in the direction of our very own petential, we also help to change our fellow-world and our relationships in a salutary way.

Lifelong learning is for me a great gift of being human and the love of learning it is also my work attitude: An atmosphere of mutual trust and appreciation is important to me, which is supported by openness and respect for man and his individual life concept , When I put my finger on the sore point in my role as a consultant to clarify when it comes to discovering your own unloved proportions, this is done in an attitude of compassion and understanding. I use humor, cross-thinking and creativity when it comes to inspiring people with new ways and hitherto unthought solutions.
