The surrounding waters of the Salzkammergut, which are famous for their drinking water quality, and the close cooperation with local fishermen guarantee fresh fish for our guests every day. We also always make sure that our meat products, side dishes and drinks come from regional producers and suppliers.
We endeavour to present traditional inn culture in a modern form to our guests.
