Organic spelt flour from our own production

The quality has to be right! True to their motto "We make good things naturally better!" The spelt for the flour comes from the company's own organic farm - all purchased raw materials come exclusively from the region. It took some time to find the right suppliers and the quality of the goods delivered was right.

Spelt - the healthy grain

SPELT is healthier than wheat as it contains more and higher quality ingredients than wheat flour. Spelt is particularly popular with allergy sufferers and is a good substitute for wheat. Spelt is one of the ancient grains and is already described by Hildegard von Bingen as being easy to digest. Spelt is the best grain, fatty and powerful and easier to digest than all other grains .
