Christmas biscuits made from spelt

In 2003 the Muss family started baking Christmas biscuits in addition to their direct marketing activities. They started on a small scale. Right from the start, the taste of the biscuits produced from spelt flour was convincing. From now on, you can request the biscuit list without obligation and order Christmas biscuits at gerhard.muss@aon.at.  Furthermore, the spelt Christmas biscuits are available on Saturdays at the "Frische Markt" in Vöcklabruck and on Wednesdays at the "Vöcklerbrucker Wochenmarkt".

Organic spelt flour from own production

The quality must be right! True to her motto "We make good things natural better! The spelt used for the flour comes from our own BIO agriculture. All purchased raw materials come exclusively from the region. It took some time to find the right suppliers and the quality of the delivered goods was right.


Each biscuit is a small piece of craftsmanship, not too big, beautifully formed by hand and decorated with love!".

SPELT ist gesunder als Weizen da es mehr und hochwertigere Inhaltstoffe als Weizenmehl enthält. Besonders bei Allergiker ist Dinkel beliebt und ein guter Ersatz zu Weizen.
Spelt is one of the original cereals and has already been described by Hildegard von Bingen as easily digestible. Spelt is the best grain, fatty and powerful and more easily digestible than all other grains. 

 

Order Christmas biscuits

Freshly baked weekly - 25 and 1 temptation of real butter

About 25 kinds of spelt flour are currently in the biscuit assortment except 1 - the gingerbread is made of wheat flour but all biscuits are produced exclusively with real butter.

Baking is done on order from the beginning of November. Here it is especially companies that want to surprise their customers with Christmas biscuits. The first orders from private persons usually come from the middle of November. It is ideal to order the biscuits at least two weeks before the collection date, because every order is "freshly baked" weekly. The biscuits can be collected on Tuesdays from 9:00 to 18:00 and on Fridays from 09:00 to 13:00.
