Emilie's new clothes - on the 150th birthday of Emilie Flöge

On Friday, 30 August 2024, "Emilie's New Clothes" will be presented and auctioned at Villa Paulick to mark the 150th anniversary of Emilie Flöge's birth.
An exciting panel discussion will also take place.

18.00 - 18.30 pm: Champagne reception by Kate & Kon in the garden of Villa Paulick
6.30 pm - 7.30 pm: Panel discussion with Patrizia Thurner, Editor-in-Chief Salzburger Wochenspiegel and Jakob Reitinger BA, Managing Director TVB Bad Ischl

In December 2023, HBLA Lentia was commissioned by the Klimt am Attersee association to design and produce a dress in the style of the Flöge fashion salon to mark the 150th anniversary of Emilie Flöge's birth on 30 August 2024.

The criterion was a design that took Emilie Flöge's dresses from her fashion salon as a historical model, but interpreted them in a modern and new way ("Emilie's new dress"). On 2 April 2024, not just one winning model was chosen at Villa Paulick, but two dresses, which were then sewn, shown and auctioned at this event at Villa Paulick.

The proceeds of the event will go to a charitable cause - the #wirtun campaign of Caritas Austria, which supports women in need.
The event is also intended to help keep the Klimt Verein at Lake Attersee.
