The cruise on the Klimt Mahler ship of the Attersee fleet is an extraordinary prelude to the 9th Gustav Mahler Festival. Surrounded by the vastness of the water and the majestic Höllengebirge mountains, a new space opens up for inspiring conversations and new perspectives.

We will be accompanied by creative artists and spiritual thinkers in a moderated discussion dedicated to the great themes of becoming, passing away and immortal forces - the central motifs of the Gustav Mahler Festival "Mahler and Death".The gentle glide over the water, which sets the landscape and thoughts in motion, invites you to experience nature, music and art as a source of hope and meaning from new perspectives.
