Just as different qualities harmonise with each other in the landscape around Lake Attersee, this yoga offer combines mountain and lake qualities. A walk along the shore or a swim in the evening sun: Postures (asanas) and sequences (vinyasas) with a lake quality are gently mobilising and sensual. If you want to change your perspective and look at the lake from higher up, you can't help but engage with the mountain quality: slightly invigorating and stimulating for the circulation, these exercises are like a short hike up high.
The gentle dynamic sessions usually combine both qualities, it is up to you how much you surrender to one or the other. As a yoga instructor, I see my offer as a series of suggestions that you harmonise with your body. Only you can feel what is good for you at that moment.Yin Yoga, on the other hand, focuses on stimulating the fascial tissue and is practised in the most relaxed asanas possible, which are held for 3-5 minutes. A variety of aids are used to support relaxation.
BERG - SEE - YOGA is not intended as a sport, but as a loving encounter with oneself. Previous experience is therefore not required and you can start at any time.
