Costume music group Unterach am Attersee

As is known from oral tradition, the first band Unterachs was in the years 1850 - established in 1855.

In 2004, Michael Lohninger was elected as the new chairman and Manfred Scheichl was appointed honorary chairman. New elections were held at the 2005 Annual General Meeting, and Christian Hieke has held the position of chairman since then. The association's statutes were also adapted to the new legal situation and the name of the band was changed to "Trachtenmusikkapelle Unterach am Attersee".

The Trachtenmusikkapelle Unterach am Attersee has a high status in village life and in the region and currently has 35 active members.
