As every year, the Holzknechtwallfahrt takes place in the holiday region of Attersee-Attergau.
Since 1680, the traditional pilgrimage of the lumberjacks to Attersee has taken place every year on the Saturday before Michaelmas.8.45 a.m. meeting point at the landing stage, followed by a procession to the Maria Attersee church and church service at 9 a.m.
