COLD-PRESSED OILS:
These are also known as native (natural) oils and do not undergo any heat treatment after pressing. Cold-pressed oils are only filtered after pressing and then dried. In short: pure natural!
ATTENTION: Please read the exact instructions for use - many cold-pressed oils should not be heated.
REFINED OILS:
Are treated with solvents for extraction and undergo purification processes, in short refining. The oil is extracted from the raw materials. During refining, valuable vitamins are lost and the solvent must also be removed. The advantage of refining is that the oil has a longer shelf life and can be heated without any problems.
