The Paulick Villa is one of the most famous mansions in Seewalchen. Frederick Paulick, k.u.k. Hoftischler in Vienna, built in 1877 in a villa with 432 m² Seewalchen area that was soon regarded as a landmark.

It is, as not even a customer could not pay, offered his property to the Paulick in Upper Austria. Paulick Sun bought on 24 December 1875 by the Viennese citizens Isidore Zehdnicker the 876 fathoms (= approx 3150 sqm) large plot of land in 1500 guilders (fl).
We are happy to organise christenings, receptions and other smaller events for you according to our possibilities. Our terrace offers a unique view over Lake Attersee.
