Adventure hiking trails and AdventureHikingPass

for families and children in the Attersee-Attergau region

The AdventureHikingTrails are open from Easter until the autumn holidays and are waiting for lots of little explorers. The stamp booths are filled with passes so you can go on a journey of discovery on our AdventureHikingTrails! Get your hiking passports from the tourist information offices - then you can collect stamps for your presents.

These adventure hiking trails await families in the Attersee-Attergau holiday region

There is a lot to experience with the AdventureHikingPass : Become pile dwellers or Celts, visit glass blowers, bees, alpacas and the Atterseenixe - one adventure follows another here.

AdventureHikingPass - the collector's pass for enthusiastic hiking kids!

HOW THE ADVENTURE HIKING PASS WORKS AND HOW TO REDEEM IT:
From Easter to the end of October, there is a wooden ‘owl house’ on each of the free themed hiking trails, in which the collector's passports can be freely collected. The ‘owl houses’ are also the stamp stations.
ATTENTION: If you don't find any passes or something doesn't work, photos of the trails can also be used as a substitute.

If the collection pass is filled with four or seven stamps, the hard-working hiking children will be rewarded with small gifts.  Simply present the collection pass at the tourist offices of the Attersee-Attergau Tourist Board and receive the gifts.

Who has invented Gustl and Perla?

Who is Gustl and what does he look like? This question was asked by the tourism association Attersee-Attergau together with about 130 elementary school children during a drawing competition in October 2019.

Surprisingly, the jury chose two drawings as winners: the pearl fish "Perla" by Jana Hinterleitner and the owl "Gustl" by Franziska Platzer. The new mascots will now be implemented as stuffed animals. Owl "Gustl" makes the beginning.
