Together we will make this day sustainable & environmentally friendly!

We need your support for this:

We try to organise the Cycling Experience Day in the most environmentally friendly and socially responsible way possible: from travel to waste disposal, from catering to aftercare.

Train and boat transport

The route is around 48 km long and can be varied thanks to the Attersee boat trip and Attersee railway

The length of the route is flexible thanks to the Attersee boat service and can be adapted to suit individual stamina and fitness levels.

Please note the Attersee Schifffahrt shuttle service between Attersee and Weyregg and between Stockwinkel and Steinbach, which enables you to cross Lake Attersee quickly on the water.

It is possible to take bicycles on board.

The Parschallen and Alexenau landing stages are not served.

The Atterseebahn railway with its special timetable also enables a comfortable and environmentally friendly journey to and from the cycling adventure day - without the need for a car.

From Vöcklamarkt railway station to Attersee am Attersee: The scheduled trains of the Atterseebahn run between 8:00 and 19:00 with extended bicycle capacity and bring you comfortably to the event.

From Attersee am Attersee station to St. Georgen im Attergau: For the return journey, the scheduled trains of the Atterseebahn railway are available with increased bicycle capacity, allowing you to continue your journey flexibly to the desired stops.
