You feel at home as soon as you enter the small, pretty guest apartment!
The view from the roof terrace, which is just for you, leaves nothing to be desired. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Salzkammergut mountains with the peak of the Traunstein, the Hochleckengebirge and a magnificent view of the lake.
You will also be greeted by the resident chickens in the garden, who
have a freshly laid breakfast egg ready for you ;)

The accommodation

The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and a bedroom. The highlight, however, is an approx. 40m^2 roof terrace, which offers very beautiful views of the Attersee and the mountains behind the lake (Traunstein summit, Höllengebirge).

In the publicly accessible and shady bathing area "Sprinzensteinpark" in the village of Attersee, 2 beach loungers in lockable cabins are waiting for you to sunbathe (first come first serve ;) ).

The highway entrance and exit St.Georgen is within easy reach (1.2 km away)
Lake Attersee is within walking distance (approx. 1.5 km).
A local train from Palmsdorf station is also within walking distance (600 m)

Nearby shopping facilities are available in the village of St. Georgen and in the Seering shopping park (Eurospar, KiK, Huber Shop Outlet, Seering pharmacy, HOFER, McDonalds)
Salzburg City is about 50 km away, Linz is about 84 km away, Bad Ischl is about 42 km away.

The local recreation area Mondsee is about 30 km away.
The nearby Wolfgangsee and Fuschlsee also offer starting points for beautiful hikes in the Salzkammergut mountains.
Bicycle tours can also be undertaken (for example to the Eisenau-Alm or the nearby Lichtenberg)

The Attersee can also be used for diving. As I am a scuba diver myself, I can give you more information about this.

As I live in another part of the house and the building material wood is quite sensitive to sound, it is possible that noises can be heard from time to time.

Access for guests

Access is via the outside staircase via the terrace. A key safe with a numerical code is provided for access to the apartment. The entrance is then via the balcony door on the right-hand side.

Further important information

Please park in front of the staircase on the right-hand side or to the left of the driveway in the meadow so that you have free access to or from the garage at all times.

Tourist tax is €2.40 per person per night and is collected in cash during your stay.
