My name is Emanuela Pellegrini. I really appreciate the natural country life on Lake Attersee. In my country house garden, nature conservation and biodiversity are a matter close to my heart. I see my garden as a protected oasis, a green paradise for people & animals. Everyone is welcome and should feel at home - including animals such as birds, insects, bats, dormice, squirrels, moles, amphibians and much more. Biodiversity was important to me from the very beginning at this special place of power at Sonnwendbühel.
Funfact: A home story was published in the special edition of a German garden and living magazine "Zur Sommersonnenwende an den Attersee in Österreich - Die Geschichte einer großen Gartenliebe".
My hobbies:
Music, cabarets, mountain worlds, plants, observing animals, identifying birds and plants, nature conservation, friends, documentaries, family, photography, trips with my mum and daughter, spending time with my nephew, getting to know new people and cultures, discovering the beauty of the world, decorating and creating a feel-good atmosphere for my guests.
I like to spread good vibes and meet people from all over the world.
A portion of the proceeds goes to a rainforest reforestation project "Samboja Lestari" through my orangutan sponsorship, which is also an orangutan conservation project on the island of Borneo.
I have been there myself and have been able to see for myself that the money really does get there.
A great project with a lot of commitment to protect the last orangutans from overexploitation.
I love being a host in my own home, Countryhouse Lake Attersee!
Award from the province of Upper Austria for the beautiful and biodiverse nature garden!
