The apartment "Atterseeperle" is located in the beautiful Salzkammergut region close to the Höllengebirge mountain range. Enjoy a beautiful lake and mountain view and chill on the terrace while viewing the sunset until late at night.

The apartment is located about 200 meters (by foot) from the center. You can reach the surrounding infrastructure within 5 minutes by foot.
In the center of Steinbach am Attersee you will find the tourist office, children's playground, church, community, post office, pizzeria and a grocery store.
The lake with public access to the lake and a bus stop can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in a small housing estate on a little hill. The apartment is suitable for up to four people. It is an attic apartment, 80m² living space + 10 m² terrace (loggia). The spacious living/dining room is 50m² in size. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (microwave, coffee machine, stove + oven).

The living room offers a large living area with a sofa bed. There is a large TV flat screen.
The bedroom (about 8m²) is equipped with a large double bed, a cupboard and a small wardrobe. Bedding is provided in the apartment.

The bathroom is very spacious, with a large corner bath, shower and toilet. The bathroom offers towels, bathrobes and toilet paper.

Behind the building in which the apartment is located, there is a garden area with a barbecue and there is also a small children's playground.

In the apartment there is a storage room with a washing machine. There is an outdoor parking space and an underground parking space, as well as a cellar compartment where you can lock your belongings away.
