Hikers and mountaineers also have many opportunities to experience the unspoilt nature of the Salzkammergut. A hike to the Eisenauer Alm, the Hochlecken, Schoberstein wherever you go, the mountain is calling! Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can relax on a hike in the sweet chestnut forest.
There are also plenty of opportunities for excursions. How about a visit to the festival city of Salzburg or the imperial city of Bad Ischl, where Emperor Franz Josef and Sissy enjoyed their summer holidays
