The building is situated in a garden surrounded by green fields and offers a heated swimming pool, barbecue facilities, a children's playground and the opportunity to play table tennis. Your vehicle can be parked free of charge at the private parking facility.

The fully equipped apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, shower / bath with separate toilet, a modern kitchen incl. dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc., and a seating area. Fresh bread and rolls will be deliverd in the morning on request.

The new 18-hole golf course "Golf Club am Attersee" is located on the outskirts of Atterseeam Attersee and only a 5 minutes walk from the house Gruber.
