Spend a few enjoyable hours in the cosy brewery inn and savour a tasty cold platter with excellent beers or simply enjoy a tasting of the different award winning beers.
In the adjoining hop garden you can literally watch one of the main ingredients grow!

The Gschäft’l (shop) offers a variety of souvenirs - all related to beer - like the handcrafted beer in a rustique wooden case, delicious beer chocolate, selected beer brandies and of course all the beer specialities to take home .

The name 'Bierschmiede' (beer smithy) as a brand name for the brewery comes from the grandfather of the beer smith, who was once a blacksmith in Steinbach. This family relation but also the smithery itself, which - like no other craft - stands for strength and character, gave inspiration for the name.
