Our apartments are the ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation on Lake Attersee. Whether you’re swimming, hiking, biking, or simply enjoying the special atmosphere around the lake—you’ll find the perfect place to unwind and feel at ease here with us.
Our apartments are comfortably furnished and equipped as self-catering units. You’ll find everything you need for a pleasant and independent stay. All apartments are non-smoking.For a relaxing start to your day, we’d love to welcome you to our seepresso café on the ground floor. There, you can enjoy breakfast and start your day at a leisurely pace with coffee, cake, and other small treats. Breakfast is served starting at 10:00 a.m. (except on Mondays and Tuesdays).
Our property is generally open year-round. The apartments can be booked for a minimum stay of 3 nights—however, we are currently flexible.
Important information for your stay:
- Bicycles can be parked securely in the backyard.
- Dogs are permitted only in the Top 5 apartment.
- Our property is not wheelchair accessible; there is no elevator.
- We speak German, English, and Czech.

A brand-new and very spacious apartment on the south side with a balcony and a magnificent view of the Eisenau and Lake Attersee. The apartment features free Wi-Fi, and bed linens and towels are provided.
The Café Seepresso is located on the ground floor of our building. You can enjoy breakfast there starting at 10:00 a.m. (except Mondays and Tuesdays). During the day, we also offer light snacks, excellent coffee, and homemade cakes.
The vacation apartment is equipped with:
A bedroom with a double bed, including bed linens

All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and are therefore offered on a self-catering basis.
We’d be happy to provide you with a parking permit for the duration of your stay for a one-time fee of 15 €. Parking is available within walking distance of the property.
