Cozy vacation home for up to eight people, situated on a hill. From the terrace and the spacious garden you can overlook Lake Attersee, see the villages of Abtsdorf, Attersee and Weyregg and recognize the Traunstein in the distance.
The house was built in the 1950s and has been used by the family as a weekend home ever since. It can comfortably accommodate up to eight people in three double and two single rooms. The large corner bench in the separate living/dining room invites all residents to eat and sit together. In the small conservatory in front of it, you can enjoy breakfast against the backdrop of Lake Attersee even on cooler days.
Four of the five bedrooms have a view of the lake, and one of the double rooms can also be used as a second living room. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, capsule coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine as well as an additional WC on the upper floor. A charcoal grill is available for the terrace. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the lockable garage.

You are welcome to bring your pets with you. However, the property is not fenced. Please make sure that your dog does not run uncontrolled to the neighbors (leash!). Please remove any droppings from the garden.

Our house offers pure peace and quiet, we ask you to respect the neighbors' need for peace and quiet and to refrain from playing loud music outside.
