Farm shop & cheese dairy Doff in Straß

In April 2021 Eva and Markus Hemetsberger have opened their farm store including farm cheese dairy. In addition to processing milk directly from their own farm, it is important to them to be able to give their customers a free and direct view of production. The self-produced products, among others the "Kronberger", as well as numerous regional products from distribution partners are available in the farm store. A tasting room and a "Buschenschanke" are in the implementation.

Cheese rich product range & The Kronberger
The Hemetsberger family's self-produced product range includes: semi-hard cheeses, Camenbert, farmer's feta, cream cheese balls and fruit yogurt. You should definitely try "Den Kronberger", a cheese named after their local mountain. The semi-hard cheese matures with red smear culture for about 6-8 weeks and can be bought in pieces as needed. The mildly spicy cheese made from whole milk with 55% fit is versatile, ideal also for Kaspress or Jausenködel.
 
Farm store with direct view into the production - Every Saturday 14:00 to 17:00 clock
All products can be purchased at the Doff farm store in the village of Straß in the Attergau region. When building the farm store, it was important to the family to be able to give their customers a direct view into the cheese dairy. The customers should see where the products come from. The farm store is open every Saturday from 14:00 to 17:00.
