Diving Entry "Lovebridge"

Weyregg am Attersee, Oberösterreich, Österreich
  • All weather

The area directly in front of the meadow is relatively flat. On the ground, which is interspersed with smaller and larger stones, you will find a few plants and fish. If you dive towards the right, you will notice the area becoming gradually steeper. Directly under the bridge, at a depth of 10 m, is a vertical tree trunk, which almost reaches up to the water’s surface. A broken-off surf board is tied up as a buoy to the tip of the tree. Behind it is a steep, muddy slope with a few tree trunks, roots and rocks, offering a change of scene. At this diving spot, you should pay attention to the numerous fishers, who like to throw out their fishing rods, both left and right from the entry area.

Spawn protection zone: Seelaube spawn area from mid-May to end of June. We therefore kindly ask you not to dive during this period!

The description of the diving spot on the information board is only available in German. You can find the English description in the catalog of Attersee Diving (available at the tourist offices in all villages around lake Attersee or online
