Welcome to the Local Heritage House of Attersee!

The Heimathaus Attersee is located in a building that was erected in the 18th century on the ruins of a medieval castle. Exhibitions and events take place here in the summer months; various other events are also held throughout the year. Until 1902, it was home to the elementary school. After that, the building housed apartments and the kindergarten. Later, several rooms were handed over to the Attersee local history association.

The Heimathaus is also available for birthday parties, agapas and personal events.

By train:
From Salzburg or Vienna/Linz to Vöcklamarkt, change the ÖBB-train to Atterseebahn to Attersee
