Inn Seestern

The inn is idyllically located between Mondsee and Attersee, in Ort am Mondsee and belongs to the municipality of Unterach am Attersee in the Salzkammergut region of Upper Austria. Due to its central location, the inn is a perfect stop to be pampered. Whether you have just come from a challenging hike or mountain tour, an impressive bike ride behind you, or simply enjoyed the water and the sun at the beautiful Mondsee or Attersee - at the Gasthof Seestern you can strengthen yourself or end your day.

Fresh ingredients and regional producers and suppliers are the basis of the dishes. Austrian specialties are offered. Mediterranean influences, especially from Croatia round off the offer. This includes culinary delicacies such as tuna carpaccio or octopus salad as well as Austrian delicacies such as local fish.
Enjoy your lunch or dinner in the cozy guest room with bar or in the sunny guest garden with lake view. For the children there is a small playground available. Parking spaces are abundantly available behind the inn.
Also for hikers and mountain climbers there are many possibilities to experience the untouched nature of the Salzkammergut - to the nature reserve Egelsee, to the Eisenauer Alm, the Hochlecken, Hochplettspitz - the mountain calls!
A relaxing, large lido is 5 minutes away by car - there are many parking facilities, changing rooms, as well as sanitary facilities. 
Right next to the jetty is the water ski school with the possibility for water skiing, tubing and wakeboarding. It is also possible to borrow rowboats and pedal boats and book round trips. In the lido you can rent SUPs.
Right next to the lido is a large recreational facility with a large playground, beach volleyball court, soccer field, basketball court, two lanes for stick shooters four tennis courts and a 12 meter high climbing tower.
