If you decide to hike up the Lichtenberg and climb the Attergau viewing tower, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. The tower can only be climbed in daylight and when the steps are free of ice and snow.

The municipality of Unterach am Attersee has added a new attraction in time for the start of summer, as there is now an outdoor escape game especially for children. The game is played using a free mobile phone app, in which a magician and friend of the elves accompanies the children. "The app allows varied and exciting interaction with the game. Starting with a compass that guides the children, videos and visual elements that make the tasks easier.
