ATTERSEE AM ATTERSEE: FROM ATTERSEE TO NUSSDORF
You start at the church car park in Abtsdorf am Attersee and head towards Nussdorf on the R2 cycle path. The cycle and footpath is asphalted and easily accessible with a wheelchair. You walk along the golf course and at the same time have an incredible view of Lake Attersee and the surrounding landscape. You will pass all the refreshment stops, such as the Gasthaus Kreuzerhof in Abtsdorf (which has a barrier-free toilet, but a step at the entrance), a little further on is the Hotel Haberl, which is easily accessible (also barrier-free toilet).

You follow the R2 cycle path to Nussdorf, far away from the traffic. Shortly before Nussdorf, you walk past a game reserve where you have the opportunity to observe lots of red deer and fallow deer. Continue along the tarmac road to the centre of Nussdorf, where there are also various places to stop for refreshments. This hike can also be easily combined with the southern circular route of the boat trip to view the villages and villas in the various towns from the lake. The "Vöcklabruck" boat is barrier-free and the sailors are happy to help you board.

Would you like to hike a little further?

ENJOY, then set off from the town centre on the main road approx. 300 m along the pavement towards Unterach. Turn right at Matterl onto Reiterweg (signposted cycle path R2) and follow the feeder road. This will take you to Gasthof Schönberger in Nußdorf am Attersee - with a marvellous panoramic view. Return to Nußdorf along the same route. From the boat landing stage in Attersee you can also hike back to Abtsdorf on tarmac footpaths!

ATTERSEE TO ST. GEORGEN IM ATTERGAU
We start at the church car park in Abtsdorf (it is also possible to start directly in Attersee, but you have to climb a few metres to Abtsdorf) and walk towards St. Georgen im Attergau on the feeder roads via Stöttham and Lohen to the centre of St. Georgen. Directly on the way is the "Bleam" cider tavern (open from Wednesday to Friday), which is a good place to stop for refreshments. There is a lift in the building - on the 1st floor you have a great view of the Höllengebirge mountains.

The hike is on the low-traffic feeder roads, from which you can enjoy the mountainous landscape all around. In the centre of St. Georgen there are many opportunities to stroll around, but also to have a coffee, for example in the Gassner pastry shop.

STEINBACH: FROM THE VILLAGE CENTRE TO THE FOREST OFFICE
The starting point is the village centre and you can stop for refreshments at the Italian café-restaurant Da Charly beforehand.

Cross the main road and follow the road straight ahead. At the forestry office, the path leads into a gravel road - at this point you should turn back. This walk takes about 1 hour and the footpaths
