So: please tame all boisterous balls of fur. 3. **No begging** Make sure that your dog does not beg or bark at other visitors. 4. **Keep a healthy distance from joggers and cyclists** Some joggers and cyclists have had bad experiences with dogs. Therefore, always keep dogs on a lead until the object of interest is out of sight. 5. **Show consideration for anxious people** If the person in front of you feels visibly uncomfortable or even stops, stop or politely change sides of the road. 6. **Do not touch other people's dogs without asking** Always ask the other person's permission first. 7. Dogs**must be kept on a lead** There is usually a good reason for keeping dogs on a lead, for example on public transport, in the city or in the forest, where wild animals need to be protected. Every dog owner must ensure that no one feels disturbed or afraid.
