Remarkable and sometimes amusing background information about the history of the villa, the summer retreat at Lake Attersee around 1900, the presence of Gustav Klimt and the relationships between the Paulick, Klimt and Flöge families. After the comprehensive information section in the state rooms, the terrace with its magnificent view over the lake is the perfect place to take a break. Finally, a relaxed walk through the park with a tour of the exterior architecture. The tour can be combined with a visit to the [museum](https://attersee-attergau.salzkammergut.at/oesterreich-poi/detail/430000618/gustav-klimt-zentrum.html) in Schörfling and the [themed trail ](https://attersee-attergau.salzkammergut.at/oesterreich-tour/detail/430001472/gustav-klimt-themenweg.html).
