A guided, moving, and contemplative experience of well-being through gentle yoga—a meditative immersion in the forest.

**EVERY FRIDAY at 12:30 p.m. – 1:20 p.m.**

... just one hour in the forest—mindfully engaging all your senses—strengthens your immune system, recharges your energy, and lifts your spirits. The forest is a summer retreat for the mind—the best “air spa” for your soul. Your airways open up, your eyes become clear, and your skin glows with health and good circulation.

 Date: Every Friday at 12.30 a.m. to 13.20 p.m. with yoga trainer Gabriele Pesl.
