With melodic ingenuity and rousing rhythms combined with folk-inspired themes, Dvorák's Piano Quintet has established itself as one of the most popular chamber music works, indeed of Romantic literature in general. This is preceded by the F minor Piano Trio, which is one of the composer's best chamber music works.
The guarantor for this extraordinary and atmospheric evening is Benjamin Schmid, regular artist of our festival, with his top-class musician friends.
