On the hike, you will learn which plants you can eat and which ones you can confuse with. Wild herbs contain important bitter substances, vitamins and tannins that are very healthy for our organism. Many of them are also medicinal plants. They are in a different stage of growth each time, which is interesting for recognising them. On each walk, there are focal points and also plant families that we take a closer look at.
