The house with the apartment on the ground floor is located on Seestraße in the village of Nußdorf am Attersee. The car traffic is given until approx. 21.00 o'clock.
A baker and the culinary gastronomy are only a few steps away. Larger grocery stores are about 8 - 10 minutes away by car.
The lake and a public bathing place are also within 6 minutes walking distance. Dogs are not allowed here, but within a radius of 5 km there are possibilities.

LEISURE
Surfing school / sailing school, pedal boats / rowing boats, stand-up paddling, diving, fishing, landing stage for public shipping; numerous hiking trails and cycle routes of different requirements start right outside the front door! Challenging and varied via ferrata can be reached quickly by car. A playground for children is only 5 minutes' walk away. 18-hole golf course in the immediate vicinity!

HOUSE REGULATIONS
The price for the booked nights must be paid on the day of arrival. We also point out that in our apartment cleanliness and a careful handling of our property is very important. When booking, a usual deposit of 20% is to be paid in advance. Check-in from 14.00 Check-out until 11.00 hours. Exceptions and special arrangements gladly possible.
