Our 65 sqm bungalow is located on a 500 sqm plot in Litzelberg, which is 3 km away from the center of Seewalchen am Attersee. The place is ideal for small children and dogs, as it is surrounded by a fence and hedges and seperated from the neighbours through a gate. In the Southwest-roofed terrace, surrounded by wild vines and bushes, there is a sitting area with a large parasol. The brick barbecue is waiting for grill masters! The first bedroom has a double and a single bed available. The second bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, single bed and a double bed bunk in an elevated position - a favourite place for young people and young-at-heart. The cozy living room features a compact dining area, a comfortable couch, cable TV and a fireplace for romantic moments. Furthermore, there is a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and washing machine available. The bathroom with shower, sink and toilet has a window. The idyllic garden is situated in south-west direction and is an ideal place to feel good for young and old. It is equipped with lawn chairs, sun umbrella, table tennis, covered sandpit and various toys. Additionally, the plot offers a parking area. The heating of the entire house is done by electrical panel heaters. If necessary the cockel stove in the living room can also be put into operation. The entry door and all windows are fitted with roller blinds. There are no intermediate cleaning and linen change provided. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils are available!
