You can also taste this in their products. Since 2018, **Theresa and Martin Plachy**, supported by their children Raphael, Miriam Lara and Elias Xaver, have been lovingly running the **NaturHof Roithbauer** **farm** in the fourth generation. Since August 2021, the Plachy family has been running a **self-service farm store** where you can buy their **natural products** such as hay milk, whey and fresh cheese, as well as honey and fine brandies. Take a look too! Roithbauer's **Tyrolean gray cattle** spend most of the year, from spring to November, on pasture. This means that the dairy cows are fed exclusively on **grass** and **sun-dried hay.** Due to their low body weight, they cause little treading damage and this allows for soil-friendly, natural and sustainable grazing. And the sustainable idea is also reflected in the packaging of the products, because the **certified hay milk** is sold exclusively in glass deposit bottles. The happy dairy cows can cool off in the shade of the numerous fruit trees, from whose fruit the **fruit brandies and spirits** are made. For the bottle labels, the Plachy children creatively assist with their fingerprints. In this way, unique ideas are created again and again.
