The building has been empty since 2007 and is now owned by the municipality of Unterach am Attersee. The "Lederermayerhaus Project" team has set itself the task of creating a centre for the local community in Unterach. The entire project is supported by voluntary work of craftsmen and helpers, as well as small and large donations of money and goods. The end result is to be a place for everyone, in addition to a new tourist office, it will also provide space for various events, seminars and weddings.
