An approximately 20-metre-wide strip, which lies directly next to the lake and the shore road, offers visitors plenty of sun and shady spots. Benches invite you to rest on the shore. There are ladders at several places for easy access to the turquoise-blue Attersee. There is an extra shallow, sandy entrance for children. Parking A [car park](http://attersee-attergau.salzkammergut.at/oesterreich-poi/detail/430026577/badeplatz-zeller-aufsatz-parkplatz.html) is located behind the bathing area on the opposite side. A parking fee is charged here during the summer months. Please pay attention to the corresponding signage.
