Since April 2012, Mrs Huber has joined the ranks of fine brandy sommeliers, since 2013 she has been taking part in schnapps competitions and can now look forward to many medals. **Distilling rights from Empress Maria Theresia** The distilling of schnapps has a long tradition in our company. We received the distilling rights from Empress Maria Theresa herself. "For three generations, distilling has been in female hands. I am practically a one-woman business and I do everything myself, from collecting the fruit to distilling." **D'Brennerin schnapps tasting in the schnapps shop at the former Weyregg Castle** The schnapps shop is located on the grounds of the former Weyregg Castle. The wine-red labels are modelled on the castle's coat of arms. It has always been a tradition in the house to distil the so-called Hauszwetschke. The schnapps shop was opened in 2005, and since then other types of fruit have also been fermented and distilled. The range includes a variety of fine brandies and liqueurs such as apricot, quince, hazelnut, etc.*Visit the schnapps shop in Weyregg am Attersee and sample delicious liqueurs and fine brandies, not to mention the excellent gin!* **GinRose is a big hit!** Under the name "GinRose" you can buy an excellent and extremely fruity gin with a fine citrus flavour.
