Burger Pattis from Austrian beef from Ebenau for our Premium Burger and directly imported from Italy "Fior die Latte"- for our pizzas. The schnitzels are pan-fried in clarified butter and all other products of our home cooking range are prepared with the utmost care, e.g. our baked mushrooms, which we bread ourselves of course, our spectacular goulash soup and much more.
