Cooking together has always been a dream of Antonia Schmiedleitner, Moritz Schwenk and Eva Schnabl. They got to know each other at the tourism school in Klessheim and at the Mühltahlhof in Neufelden. For a long time they have had the idea of a joint pop-up restaurant, which now, thanks to the support of Kurt and Sandra Schmiedleitner of the Litzlberger Keller in Seewalchen am Attersee, will become reality. They provide their premises for the SOUL. In the unique ambience of the historic restaurant, you can look forward to light and modern dishes that "make you happy" for another summer. Until around the end of October, the three young chefs will have the kitchen firmly under control until it is taken over again by the Schmiedleitner family in its usual form.
