team-building at the Stand-Up-Paddle-Board

Our Team Building program aims at building trust within the individual
team members to build trust, support each other, and foster communication
communication among each other and thus promote the contribution of each individual to a successful group dynamic. After a professional introduction to Stand Up Paddling on the beach and explanation of the safety aspects, the group dynamic exercises on the SUP boards start in the company of the certified SUP guide!

Suggested program:

- Meeting point at the agreed spot and short get to know each other
- Introduction and warm-up exercises on the beach
- Discussion of the tasks (coordinate, lead, be led)
- Explanation of safety aspects (wind, water, weather, ...)
- SUP basics and getting on the board safely for the time being
- Joint steering and maneuvering of the SUP boards
- Partner exercises on the SUP's
- Funny balance and group exercises on the board (transferring from one board to the next
board to the next, running back and forth on the boards, building a giant SUP bridge,
and much more)
- Relay competition, catching game on the SUP's, group dynamic exercises, and much more.
- Analysis and debriefing of the group exercises on the beach
